For hygienic purposes, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if earrings have been worn. We accept returns for unworn items, in their original state and packaging. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind. 

In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must provide photographic evidence of damage before any items are replaced, provided they are still in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative style up to the same value.

We do not accept responsibility for damage due to shipping or mishandling.

Allow 5 - 10 business days for processing returns or refunds.
